Blog Entry #2: Reduce Reuse RECYCLE

Have you ever wondered why recycling is very important and people need to take this task seriously? Recycle is the process to convert waste materials into new reusable materials. For example, a piece sheet of paper comes from trees. After using this paper it becomes useless and just a waste. People tend to throw this used piece sheet of paper into the trash. WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY WRONG! Because after you throw it into the trash, then another paper has to be made from a different tree which causes a loss to the tree and that will also cause for lower oxygen and a higher carbon dioxide air. This is why everyone on Earth should recycle. If we don't recycle then we are harming the environment and harming Earth. Cutting down and using trees for just making papers that can be recycled is like crime. Same thing with plastics, glass, steel, wood, etc. All of these materials are made from nature. So if these materials are all made from nature, why won't we recycle them instead of harming nature which could cause a hazard to our planet which can lead us to a difficulty to live on it. Just imagine as if you don't have a cup that's made out of glass, but you have paper cups that you use once and throw it away, and once you run out of paper cups, you would have to buy more paper cups. You keep paying for paper cups every time you run out of them which makes you keep wasting money. On the other hand, if you have a cup that's made out of glass, you can always reuse it just by washing it. It can stay with you forever, and you don't need to keep buying another one since you're reusing it. That way it can save you money instead of just keep buying paper cups. That's how it is in recycling. We don't have to waste and harm the Earth while we have a solution to protect it.

The benefits of recycling are that it reduces landfill wastes, reduces the death of animals, keeps us and the environment healthy. By reducing landfills, it can save a number of animals, it prevents pollution that can harm our health and environment, and it can also help sustain the environment for future generations. As we recycle, we get to keep the environment healthy; additionally, if the environment is healthy then we can also live healthy because we get the oxygen that we can breathe from nature. There are more benefits to recycling that can help our planet to stay protected and have a better living for the future.
